short beeb 5 times when on cold boot or warm boot

my computer always make a short beep 5 times when I restart or power on my computer
based on the information I get on the internet it indicates that there is a problem with the cpu
but after the short beep 5 times my computer can running normally without any problems or error messages appear after going into windows
does anyone know what is the cause of why the short beeb 5 times can occur

my computer system
CPUs: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Mobo: ASRock Fatal1ty Gaming K4 Bios: P4.70
GPUs: GTX 1050ti 4Gb
RAM: Team Elite+ 8Gb
PSU: FSP Hexa+ II 500w
Storage: 1. SSD Kingston 120Gb, 2. HDD Samsung 320Gb, 3. HDD Seagate 500Gb

If you are using the stock cooler, check that its fan is securely plugged into the header tightly. Check that the cooler is securely mounted to the board. Might even want to uninstall/re-install the cooler again.
As you surmise, the 5 beeps are CPU-related, but that isn't much help is it? Since you have the latest BIOS (UEFI), re-flashing the same one or trying the previous one is about all I can think of short of 1) the CPU has a defect, 2) the board has a defect.

You might also try a physical reset using the CMOS pins on the board. Of course you'll have to go in and reset the...
