I accidentally tried to plug a USB C (coming from a PreSonus audio interface) into a HDMI i thought was the USB C port on the back of my PC.
The PC shut down instantly, I freaked out and switched the PSU off, waited and switched it on again. The PC booted kinda slow so I turned it off and turned it on again and it booted like always.
Then I played some videogames at maximum settings so I know the pc is running fine, and everything went well.
Could the motherboard have a problematic short circuit even if the pc ran ok? How do I know if there is a short circuit? I tested all ports and all of em worked fine.
