Should I attach a warranty seal on a custom pc?

I want to build a custom PC to sell through Kijiji. The parts I will be getting all come with a 3 year warranty, which I want to advertise on the ad. However, if I state in the ad that the parts come with a 3 year warranty, should I include a warranty seal on the computer in case someone tampers with the parts and then tries to claim their warranty through me? Or should I even advertise a warranty at all?

A seal would prevent basic system cleaning (or things like moving cables/upgrades).
I personally would not advertise any warranty. If you are doing this as a business then you are responsible for their warranties. If they understand this is a second hand PC (which it is) then they should understand there is likely no warranty.

If you claim it has a 3 year warranty, and you put a seal on it...can I call you at 3AM when something is semi-broken?

Are these parts warranties actually transferable? If you buy the stuff and assemble it, it is used parts.
What if the buyer wants to put another hard drive in it? Does that break your 'warranty'?
