Should I build a PC

So I'm thinking on building a £650 gaming rig but there a part in me which doesn't. I have a Xbox 360 at the moment and love playing and talking to my friends on Xbox. I only have two friends on the PC. With the next Xbox coming out next year supposedly is it worth getting a PC now because next Xbox might be as powerful to run games on highest settings. I just don't know.... There 1 game I really want to play on PC and that guild wars 2 haha

Well, we cant tell you what you want. Its ultimately your decision.
I doubt that the next Xbox will be able to match current PC hardware, not when they have to fit it within the power and cost constraints that a console has to.
