Question Should I buy a heatsink for the MSI Z590-A Pro?

I am using this MB from MSI:

Z590-A PRO

I was thinking of buying this SSD:

From what I was told, I also need a heatsink. But some people told me this motherboard already have all I need to install this SSD.

Is this true?

I've read that on some Samsung NVME the sticker is the heatsink, not the best one but it's enough for a computer running "office" tasks.

Does your NVME have one like that?

That board has an "M.2 Frozr" heatsink.

It also has 3 M.2 ports.

I'm not sure, but I think it has the M.2 Frozr is available only on the M.2 port that supports 4.0 speed. The other 2 M.2 ports are likely without a heatsink and they support only 3.0 speed.

The main M.2 slot on that board has a heatsink so no reason to buy one.

Make sure to update the firmware on that drive.
