Should I buy a zotac gtx 1070 ti

With the new nvidia cards on the way, should i buy a zotac gtx 1070 ti now (july 2018) or wait for the 11 series cards?
This is a pretty significant investment for me so i would like some help in reaching a decision

i would wait...as some vendor are over stocked with the older 1x gpu and the newer ones are dropping soon you may see the older cards come down in price. i would not buy a newer 11x till the nda lifts and people can test them and post there info online. right now there all info leaks but no real info to back the leaks up.
