Should I buy for my cpu a air or a water cooler?

Hello! Im going to buy a 8700k or a 8086k still deciding, but with that I need a cooler. Should I buy a air or a water cooler? I dont care the looks of the PC, I just want the better cooler choice. I heard that air coolers now are as good or even better than water coolers but I do not know. If you have any cooler sugestions I'll happily take them. My budget for the cooler must not be Over 80€. Thanks for your time! 😀

I would recommend the 8700k over the 8086k.
As for the cooling, it depends on how much you plan to OC if at all.
No OC, something like an H7 is fine.
Mild to moderate you can get by with a Dark Rock cooler or similar (NH-D15, phanteks equivalent, so on).

Im planning on OC only 1 to 2 years after I buy the CPU, im even going to buy a Z motherboard for it.
