Okay so what you're looking at is a MSI AG270 Gaming All-in-One with a Nvidia GeForce GTX 870M graphics card. Basically you're getting notebook components on a non-portable PC.
The games will run fine at medium to high settings but your PC won't be able to do much higher than that. Gaming All-in-One tend to have cooling problems (like notebooks) and aren't really good value for money.
At the same price, you can get a much much better PC with an i7-4790k and a GTX 970 SLI.

this for the benchmarks for the GTX 870M. BF4 gets 24 fps at ultra 1080p. Far Cry 4 gets 32 fps at ultra 1080p.
