Question should i enable low latency support and Expo high bandwidth support?

Hi, my os- win11, MOBO-Gigabyte B650M DS3H, bios version FA5c,cpu ryzen5 7600, Ram - Acer Predator Vesta II 30-38-38-76 6000MHz 16gbX2, gpu - Asrock AMD rx 7800xt challenger oc

I have enabled Expo1 in my bios, should i also enable low latency support and Expo high bandwidth support? Will that boost performance?

What are the current performance parameters?

What performance parameters do you expect or require?

How are the performance paramenters being measured/monitored?

What games or apps are being run?

Are there any specific noticeable performance problems?

What does the end user experience?

My recommendation:

1) Backup all important files at least 2 x to locations away from the host system in question. Full system backups are recommended. Verify that the backups are both recoverable and readable.

2) Test the configuration options of interest. Change only one option at a time and in small increments. Keep notes regarding what was changed and where it was changed in case any given change needs to be rolled back or otherwise becomes a "do over".

3) Keep notes about the parameters being measured and monitored. First to record quantitative values and second, to determine if there are any subjective end user noted benefits during game play or work.

4) Take your time - no need to rush or otherwise start making even more changes.

You "could" if there are benefits to doing so without some tradeoffs: e.g., higher temperatures, etc..

Which is different from "should".

But if there are no benefits then leave well enough alone.

Just my thoughts on the matter.
