Should I Get 252 CFM Fans?

I am about to buy a 30 FPI radiator and was wondering if I need that much CFM.

no becuase those usualy make noise in the 65dba range whic is about as loud as a vacume cleaner

If you're talking about the TFC triebwerk fans then please spend it somewhere else. The fan breaks more often than never. I would ask you to reconsider purchasing 30FPI rads as well - there are far better rads available that fits the conscious minded watercooler.
