Question Should I get a 31" 1440p IPS monitor or a 27" 1080p 144Hz monitor ?

I am looking to buy a new monitor for my Ryzen 5 2600 and RTX 2060 gaming pc build (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/nJf6tg).

My budget is around $300. However I live in Malaysia so I can't buy monitors from Amazon as the global shipping rates for large items are massive (feel free to link any monitors you think are good though, I will see if I can find them in stores here)

I have noticed there are many monitors around this range that are either 31" 1440p 60Hz monitors, or 27" 1080p 144hz.

So what I'm basically asking is, which jump is more worth it, 60Hz to 144Hz, 1080p to 1440p, or TN to IPS (or TN to VA) ? Also, is 3000:1 contrast and 85% sRGB considered good ? Thanks

It would depend on games played.

For FPS type of games high refresh is important. Upgrade to 144Hz would be preferred.
Rest of games would benefit from increased resolution. GTX 2060 can certainly handle 1440p.
IPS panel would give better colors and better viewing angles. Important for photo editing, not so much for gaming.

If you can, then go 27" 1440p 144Hz.
