Question Should i get a RX580 with a 500w PSU?

Im not sure if i should get one, as i dont know what my psu's brand is. Im going to open it up or look for the manual, but in a general light, would my 500w psu tank a rx580? If not, what other options do i have?

If it's a good one, it would be OK. If it isn't, it would not be. Would need to know the exact model to give you useful advice.

Yeah i know how that feels being in Australia. Check out other cards in the list close to the 580.

There are GPUs that don't require supplementary power, but they will be worse performers than an RX 580.

What can be recommended, again, can only be determined after know the exact brand and model of your PSU.
