Question Should I get a SATA PCIe Card or a power cable splitter ?

I want to expand the storage on my desktop.
I have 2 more spare sata connectors on the motherboard but my PSU has no extra spare power cables.
Is it better to get a SATA PCIe Card or a power cable splitter?

Even with such card you would need a SATA power cable for each disk connected to it.
