should I get AMD a8-5550m or amd a8-4500?

Looking at some benchmarks, I would want to buy a laptop that would run games smoothly on medium-high settings if not. (games like Rift). But confused on what to get, my budget is $400 (below it or equal to it) and that I would ant to play games smoothly. If any one has a better suggestion, please, I'd be more willing to take it, but if not, is an AMD a8-5550m better than and AMD a8-4500?

I have been looking at a Lenovo Thinkpad E545 with the A8-5550m processor seems to be best bang for the buck in a mild gaming laptop, my only question is with that cpu, do I really need to upgrade to the higher discreet graphics?...Lenovo has the option to order a- discreet graphics or onboard.... just trying to understand how the mix can be made and IF I really need he discrete to play World Of Tanks?..I had an older toshiba with the A8-4500m (512 in Vram) n it played ok on medium without any added or discrete graphics..hence my confusion here..
