Should I get Deathadder?

My mouse is wearing out and it has double clicks problems now. Doesn't matter because it has spent over two years. Now, I'm thinking of buying a deathadder but I've heard that deathadders start creating problems or stop working after 7-8 months. My friend bought a deathadder chroma and its right click got problems after 8 months. I've heard that this happens to most of the customers but I've also seen many people using a Deathadder for many many years but I also noticed that the people whose deathadders survived many years had the 2013 version and not the chroma. So, is this true that deathadders have problems to them? Should I go for it? Should I go for the 2013 edition or the chroma because they don't have much price difference from where I'm going to get them. Thanks for anyone who can and will help.

Solution
I had a 2013 and it developed the double click issue, friends 2013 did as well. (Both around 1.5 years, Razer wouldnt service), a second and third friends Chromas developed the same issue.
I wouldnt recommend Razer mice anymore.
