Question Should i get the Fosi Audio T20 Bluetooth Tube Amplifier?

I just bought the Hifiman he440i and I realised that they sound really bad compared to my Beyerdynamic dt 990 (i have a scarlet 2i2) so im pretty sure i need an amp i did some research and found this one is it any good? I also want to use my scarlet as audio input for the amp soo if you guys have any suggestion it would be of great help thank you.

I think those headphones don't really need an amp to run, and your Scarlett 2i2 has an amp to drive headphones anyway. You may just not be used to the sound of the headphones, or try tweaking them a bit, the HE4 series can do with a bit of DPS correction. https://bradshacks.com/he400i-eq-rtings/

thank you very much for the help i dont understand how to transfer the "preset" I installed room eq wizard and the wizard file but i dont think its working what am i supposed to do?
