Question Should I leave adaptive sync turned on in my monitor settings if "Gysnc compatible" is disabled ?

Does it still make any positive difference when it's turned on even if the "Gysnc compatible" option is disabled?

Is there some specific problem with the monitor/display?

If not, then just leave it all alone.

If there is, then post details.
