Question Should I leave my gpu fans on all the time?

My GPU seems to be about 10 - 14 degrees warmer when my fans aren't on (not playing a game or anything). I've had them go off when the GPU is cool enough (which is the default). When the fans are of its about 48° C but when there on its about 38° C. Should I turn off Zero RPM mode?

I don't think you need to force fans to run all the time. The GPU will trigger them when it needs cooling.

Probably there is no performance difference for the GPU between 38 and 48 degrees, so it doesn't bother turning on the fans.
My GPU idles with fans off all the time. They're designed to do that.
