Hi, am in the process of installing a new Samsung 970 EVO Plus 250GB NVME M.2 SSD and carrying out a clean install of Windows 10 Pro on it but it is not being "seen" in the Windows setup process. Do I need to download specific drivers for this??
Thanks
Kev

No, you can do it later on, W10 supports NVME out of box.
Are you sure that BIOS is in UEFI (CSM=OFF) mode ? Is it recognized in BIOS ?
yes, I've tried it in CSM on & off modes
The NVMe M.2 is seen in the BIOS as is the original when I fitted both. Strange thing is when I ran the Windows Installer with both NVMe cards in the original Samsung 970 showed in the list of drives I could install in windows process but the new 970 did not!!! I am suspecting that if the BIOS is not at fault then the new Samsung card may be duff!!! I am not sure as it tests ok in the BIOS check!!
Cheers
