should i overclock with manual or adaptive?

what should i go for manual or adaptive? Manual is always constantly overclocked and adaptive is when ur computer is idling its not overclocked. what is more recommended?

I would really be interested in knowing the answer to this myself. Just like my fans spooling up when needed and going
slow when not needed, I would think adaptive would be better for overclocking to keep your system cooler when your
just online looking at webpages, and dont need the extra power. Great Question !!!
