[SOLVED] Should i remove top right exhaust fan?

Is top right exhaust fan pulling fresh air coming from front top fan? Should i remove it soo CPU cooler can pull more air?

if you put hand above it, do you feel hot air or cold air?
if its cold, then you can turn it off
