[SOLVED] Should I replace PSU?

I have an aerocool vx 700w powering a ryzen 5 2600 and gtx 1660ti. System is almost an year old. So far I didn't have any major issues with the PSU. I only hear a hissing sound when turning the pc on/off and a little bit while playing heavier games. As far as I know, aerocool vx are pretty low quality units. Should I replace it soon (and with which unit) or should I keep the psu for now?

Yes, it's a group regulated (old design) PSU that shouldn't power a dGPU. Where are you from and what's your favourite online local store for reference?

I am from Bulgaria. Better just give me good suggestions for psu units in the 550-650W range and I will see which of them are worth it here.
