i7-4770K max turbo is 3.9Ghz.
i7-4790K max turbo is 4.4Ghz.

My error, the second processor should have been the i7-4770 non K.
The intent was to show the differences between the K and non K versions of the same processor.
The post has been corrected.

4770 and a 4770K both have turbo boost at 3.9Ghz.
So - without OC they are the same.

Differences are insignificant.
