[SOLVED] Should I turn off psu when unplugging?

should i turn off my power supply when i unplug my pc? secondly, can i leave the psu turned on when unplugging the power socket? thirdly, if there are thunderstorms, should i turn off the psu and unplug or just leave the psu turned on then unplug? and whenever i want to change or add parts (ram etc..) should i turn off the psu?

sorry for asking too many questions. im new about computers and just built one.

For safety, it's never a bad idea to turn off your PSU when you unplug the PC, and when you are working on the PC.

During thunderstorms, it's best to unplug unless you have a good surge protector connected to the PC.
