Question Should I upgrade cpu or gpu first?

My current setup is:
Graphics Card: MSI RTX 2080
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 16gb
CPU: Intel Core i7-8700k
Motherboard: Asus Prime z370 a II

I mainly play warzone and some other games, but mainly warzone, but what parts should I upgrade first to get more FPS in game?

Which monitor are you using? With which resolution and refresh rate are you gaming at?

Get a better GPU first

Which power supply are you using?

Did you overclock the system yet?

I use a 144hz Asus VG24QUE monitor, and Im using a 650 watt power supply, and Im not too familiar with overlocking so I havent overclocked yet.
