Title says it all, but here’s some extra context:

My current PSU is a Corsair RM750

I want to overclock both the GPU and CPU. The GPU is already overclocked, and so far, I haven’t encountered any issues. Currently, I’m using a 12600K while waiting for my 9800X3D to arrive. Once I have the 9800X3D, I plan to overclock it as much as possible.

Under peak load, my GPU briefly draws almost 440 watts, while typically it uses 330–400 watts depending on the scene. I’ve read that the 9800X3D consumes a similar amount of power to my 12600K under full load, which is around 100–130 watts. However, I’m wondering if my PSU will be sufficient for long-term stable use.

How old is the PSU in your build and what did it power throughout it's tenure in your current build?

Make and model of your RX7900XT?
My GPU is a XFX Speedster MERC310 AMD Radeon™ RX 7900XT and my PSU was bought in late December 2021 so its now nearly 3 years old.

Its seen at most about 500 watts of usage at peak but id estimate the average wouldve been about 300 watt maybe 400 sometimes.

750W is more than enough.

A good PSU is made to put out 750W. Period. It's called a "continuous rating" because it's rated to output the maximum output capacity continuously.

The only PSUs that you have to worry about are those that have fake numbers on their labels or put caveats in their specs like "derate 10% output power for ever 5°C over 40°C ambient" wording like that.
