Should I Upgrade My GPU To A EVGA SC 1060 6GB And Save Up To Upgrade My AMD 6600k Or Buy A New Mobo And CPU

I have an amd a8 6600k with an msi gtx 960 2gb atm and was going to upgrade to the 1060. I am aware it will bottleneck but i was wondering if i upgrade to the a10 7890k would it eliminate the bottleneck?

Processor - AMD A8 6600K
GPU - MSI GTX 960 2GB
Motherboard - GA-F2A68HM-HD2
RAM - 1 X 8GB Kingston Hyper X
HDD - 1TB
HeatSink - Stock

I would suggest upgrading cpu and mobo to amd ryzen in February. Get the 1060 now or then. Save your A8 and motherboard and use it for a HTPC down the road
