it depends on what you are looking to do with the PC that it isn't.
a 6th gen intel build is still pretty good and any upgrade would not cost much as you can upgrade to a better 6th or 7th gen intel CPU
i play alot of rust and games like that, i just feel like the graphics card isnt that strong, and i was told that i would have to replace alot of other things to replace the graphics card.

i would consider spending probably no more than 300.
Hey man, if you have a 60hz 1080p monitor you really don't have to upgrade anything, especially for Rust. If you're getting between 60-80 fps in your games that's about all you need to pair nicely with that resolution/refresh rate.

Its weird when i play it will say im running on average about 85fps but it will suddenly drop really low and then go back up im not sure why
