Should I upgrade to this cpu?

I currently have an i5 4460, and was wondering if I should upgrade to a xeon e3 1231 v3, as it has performance similar to i7. Is the upgrade worth it?

and It can be able to handle all my need for gaming and rendering ..

I think it will not be worth ..
I planned to upgrade to a DDR4 support motherboard when time comes ..

but it is up to you and depends on your needs .
