Should I upgrade?

Hey, I cannot decide if I should upgrade my CPU/GPU or wait for new releases. I do not know if I should go Intel or stick with the 8350 and get a new GPU. I'm currently leaning toward a new GPU as I've noticed that my GPU is pinned at 99% during practically every game I play.

The games I play are: all Blizzard games, Battlefield, Civ, SimCity, Metro, and almost every MMO thats been released in the last 3 years. Any advice would be great, thanks.

For a GPU around $400

Get GTX 970 since i see you like WoW and new WoW exp run better on nvidia cards.you can stick with that cpu if you can OC it do it.Later on when new 5th gen intel comes next year then upgrade cpu if you want.Till then all you need is GPU.
