Question Should i Upgrade?

I’ve had this gaming pc since April 2017 and i’ve decided to change a few parts like the ram storage and case (because i had limited option at the time i was building it)

I’m wondering if i should change my motherboard too, i currently have the TUF z370 Plus. When I did some research on this motherboard i saw some mixed reviews. Should i change it to a z390? are the ROG Strix z390 E good? or do you have any other recommendation

my current pc (parts i’m not changing)
MSI DUKE GTX 1080 ti
Intel I7 8700k
Corsair TX850M

new parts i’m getting:
G.Skill Trident Z 16GB
seagate barracuda 2TB
Samsung EVO 500gb
