Should I upgrde to the amd fx-8350 from the amd fx-6350

I am basically wondering is it worth a £140 to upgrade to the amd fx-8350 from the 6350 or not

If you currently have the CPU and need more rendering power - such as encoding videos, or anything that requires more cores, yes.
If you are just gaming? For the most part, no.
