Should I use integrated graphics and discrete graphics or just discrete?

Hey I'm building a gaming computer and I want to make sure I can get the best possible performance in game.

I have two 1080p monitors and a 4690k as well as a GTX 970.

My question is, will I get better performance running one monitor on the discrete graphics and one on the integrated graphics or both on the discrete graphics card? The gaming will only be on one monitor and the other monitor will be internet, documents, etc.

I've researched a bunch but I keep hearing conflicting responses. Some places are saying using the integrated graphics will cause my CPU to get bottlenecked, while others say that using the GPU for both will cause the GPU performance to be severely cut.

Other facts about the system if it helps. I have 16 gigs of ram, and will be overclocking both the CPU and the GPU. I can't verify until I set everything up but I believe my bios will allow me to enable both the integrated card and the discrete card at the same time.

Thanks!

Running internet on one monitor and gaming on another will not decrease your GPU performance.
