Should I wait for the gtx 980m?

From the leaked benchmarks, this sucker looks like it will blow away the 880m. However, I haven't seen much on the release date/price. Do you guys/gals think it will be sometime in 2014?

chances are it will arrive some time early next year, with hopefully 20nm GPUs as well

The cards are out as of 8 oct 2014..... I orders the SLI laptop with 2 980m cards in the laptop. That's cards together will blow away any single desktop GPU as of today .. Will destroy
The desktop GTX 980 by a substantial margin.. I pick the laptop up Thursday and I ordered it from Sager
