I'll update this post once it arrives next week but going back to intel for the time being.
I enjoyed the amd fx series but it doesn't offer enough horse power for what I do on it everyday.

Thank you I did some homework on the cpu the past few months and its still right on the heels of lga sky lake series.
I'm just thankfull to god I could afford to do it for under 200.00 bucks.

Yeah those are nice fans. I am thinking of replacing them with some RGB ones (either Thermaltake Riings or Corsair RGBs) to compliment my NZXT Hue+ and the RGB lighting on the Designare.

Just arrived , going to build a nice budget gamer for my 10 year old son.

Seems like that pentium does well on air cooling, I'm iffy about the fps part of it doesn't look too promising on a smooth ride.
When you get it built up, use his onboard video and see how it does before switching over to his main gpu.

OK good to know. Right now all my spare money is going toward getting a new laptop since my Lenovo is on its' last legs. I'm looking at HP, MSI, and Gigabyte right now, leaning very heavily on the HP Spectre X360 with a 1TB SSD and 16GB of RAM.
