Shredded screw, stuck in motherboard standoff

Silly old me didn't read the directions on the manual that came with the case, and I inserted the incorrect screws into the motherboard stand offs. I managed to get 3 out of the 4 out from the motherboard, but I am still stuck with one, and unfortunately that screw is shredded. I tried to use a drill bit to try and make it able to use a Flathead, but that seemed to make it worse. Any other options? Provided pictures below

Solution
Clamp onto the head 90 degrees to the main axis of the screw with some visegrip pliers. Then use a wrench that fits the standoff. see if you can twist it out.
That head looks pretty thrashed. They sell Screw Extractor bits. They're basically specifically designed drill bits you use to bore out part of the head. Then you either reverse direction or switch to the extractor side, and it grabs onto the grooves you just drilled.

The other option is to secure the top screw to a rod with epoxy cement or weld it (I personally wouldn't even try, but I'm not the best welder) then clamp the rod and use a wrench on the standoff. I'd use a fixed clamp if possible, so it's less likely you'll torque the motherboard. And clamp it the entire length, so the rod can't swing free and hit one of those caps if the screw breaks loose.

Thank you so much! This made it loosen the standoff just enough for me to remove it with my hands

Glad to be of help!
