I found this promising, cheap mobo and wonder ..

Can this chipset keep *somewhat* up with intels 845 ?
Can it run stable ?
Is it a good idea to buy 2 memory sticks i/o of one
for dual channel, or will this create problems ?

No, it's a crap board. If you want a good price on a good board, get a refurb unit from Newegg with an Intel chipset. If you want a cheap price on a decent board, buy a refurbished P4S533. If you want dual channel, get an 865/875 chipset board.

have you had good luck with refurbed stuff? I was thinking of getting a refurbed 9500 from new egg...

When they say refurbished...is it a product that someone has used and returned but the product still works?

If i put my k6 in a Ferrari it would be faster than your your pentium 4 or Athlon XP :tongue:

i think i will go for the p4s533, altough i would have
liked to order from newegg, its too complicated for me
as european.
