Silence my PC

hi,
my pc is pretty noisy now. And i want make it quiet. I read on the internet that a fan controller is a good idea. But i could also buy a quiet CPU fan (i am going to buy one anyway sooner or later for overclocking). Or i could buy an SSD but that would not really make my PC more quiet because i'll still use my HDD's. So what can you recommend me to make my PC silent?

my budget is about 100$ but i would like to not spend every penny i have
my rig:
i5 4670K (Stock cooler)
MSI Z87-G45 gaming
two Sapphire HD 6950 2GB in crossfire
16GB 1600Mhz RAM
500GB HDD
1TB HDD
generic DVD drive
Corsair 230t graphite series

From where the noise is coming? Better get CM Hyper Evo 212 or if has budget get Noctua NH-14D/NH-U14S

i don't know wich component is making the most noise how can i check?

Take a paper, round fold it so that it end up like a tube. Place one end near your ear and the other end with various components and see which one is producing more noise

yeah so i did that and i found out the case fan's are making the most noise. Can i do something about that? I don't really feel like replacing all three of them.

well there are two at the front and one at the back so the ones at the front make the most noise.

Ok. What are their make and model. Are they getting too much vibration. Check their blades for any damage.

They are just the stock fans of my case (corsair 230t), and they aren't damaged. So i think they are just really noisy fans.

The stock Corsair fans are a little noisy . the Quiet edition fans they sell at retail are decent.

Ok get Corsair AF-120 series fans if you have budget. Otherwise get any fan with 18-22dBA and 50+ CFM. It will be good enough for you.
