Does that even exist? I was originally thinking of the NZXT Phantom 410, but then I discovered noise dampening cases existed. But the more I look at, the more I seem to find airflow being restricted in several area's of silent cases.

Budget is around $100 for case

sound proofing case can help. the biggest issues is the size and speed and quality of the fans in the case. larger fans can run slower and still cool a case. with case it depends on the mb and fans used. sometimes speeding 40.00 on better case fans and a fan controller will keep the noise down. in most newer pc the gpu cooler is the killer now. in gaming if the gpu fan maxes out it sound like a jet engine. if you can put one or two fans blowing across the gpu to keep it cool. also with cases make sure there airflow over the hard drive to keep it cool.
