what is the differance between ATI Radeon X1950 XTX and ATI Radeon X1950 Crossfire ?

The "Crossfire" one is a Crossfire Master Card.

To explain a little further, any X1950 can be used in crossfire mode with a second card...

...but you need at least 1 of the 2 cards to be a 'crossfire edition' card.
