Hello, (not sure if this is the correct category)
I want to make a simple siren circuit for my grandad, but don't have much experience with building circuits. So far I have picked a siren http:// and an ON-OFF switch rated 250V/6A (http:// http://), so that when he flicks it we will hear him across the house. What sort of battery should I go for? I am not looking for a year long life span or anything.

Thank you :)

Hi
A PP3 battery would do you.
It would give you about 4 hours of the siren sounding and since the siren would only be working for a few seconds at a time then it would last a pretty long time.
