Make sure your computer's clock is set correctly

Check your computer date/time, including setting the proper timezone. If your time in incorrect, the security certificates can't be properly authenticated and is the likely issue here.

try another web browser, seems firefox tends to have such a error notice, maybe cause firefox has a higher safety setting. Try chrome again instead
