I don't understand what you are trying to say beyond that you have a Toshiba satellite with a problem. I can guess that nvram means non-volatile ram but I have no idea what that has to do with your computer unless that is referring to it's main storage drive, presumably an SSD.

There's nothing you can actually do unless the BIOS gives you an option to disable RAM check.
