Skyline R34 1998 or Skyline R34 1999 or Skyline R34 2000

Hi. Whats he difference between the cars? Like 2000 is so much higher price then 1998 & 1999. Can someone please tell me the difference?

Update: And also, is 67000 Miles too much for a 1999 r34?
