Skyrim keeps crashing

I just had a new graphics card installed (radeon 4650 pcie x16) and yet Skyrim still crashes after about 10 minutes of play. (screen gray and makes a noise). My computer is HP P6350 with 2.6 GHz and 3 GB RAM. I have adjusted some of the settings and it doesn't seem to make much difference.
Any suggestions?

Can we get more info? OS, more hardware details. Google says HP p6350 is an EVA and i highly doubt you need a storage array to play Skyrim. Unless it is on the PS3.

I looked up the requirements and it seems to be fine with your graphcis card. Last time i had problem the solution was change a bit my screen resoluton and it helped, but i don't recommend you to do that ! Someone will help you much more for sure! Another option is to reinstall game. Dont do that just do it if nothing else won't help you!
Last option and most commont is to update your graphics card driver! This will hepp for sure!
