Skyrim major malfunction

Hey, I was wondering why everytime I load skyrim it starts out fine but after about 5 minutes it starts to visually stutter-lag and the audio cuts in and out in a choppy way. Here's my system:

CPU: Intel i7 2600k w/ Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus
MoBo: ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3
RAM: 2x Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR3 1600MHz
GPU: XFX Radeon 6870
PSU: Antec EarthWatts 650W Green 80Plus Bronze
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

Download HWMonitor from www.cpuid.com and launch it before starting the game. When it starts to stutter, check the temperature readings.

I don't know what it was but downloading HW Monitor fixed the problem. The only other problem is during a conversations, if i move the mouse to look around the game will minimize. How weird is that?

That is too weird, I'd still check temperatures..
