SLI AA Question

I am currently running a gigabyte SLI MB and (2) gigabyte 6600GT-128's in SLI mode. I put the cards into SLI AA 8x mode with the load display running and the screen is split into two sections as it should be but the top section has SLI8x displayed on it and the bottom section says 4x displayed.

I have run SLI AA previously and don't remember it doing this with the 8x/4x split and i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions/ideas as to what would cause this.

u can unlock SLI AA thru coolbits or editing the registry of NVIDIA related registries.

thanks, unlocking it isn't the problem though. I have coolbits and have it unlocked.

when in use though with the load balance display enabled it shows 8xsli aa on the top section of the screen and 4x aa for the bottom of the screen.

I can't swear to it but i am sure i would have noticed that right off the when i first set up the system and tried each of the sli settings. so either something has changed to make the two cards do this or something else is effecting it or it has always worked this way and i just never noticed it before. but one would think that both cards would display 8xsli aa for the load balance overlay, not two completely different things.
