I'm sorry but not sure what disabling aero glass has anything to do with it but that might be my ignorance and not sarcasm.
when you maximize performance it defaults to the one screen.
install both monitors into the top card only, you might be able to do it now with the unit up and running, if not then power down and then move both cables to the top and power back on.
go back into the nVidia CP and report back what you see.

With aero glass enabled the second screen will turn off due to Windows trying to do something with the refresh rates and failing, it's the only way I can get my second screen to display temps and such when I'm gaming.

I am sorry. But is it really a solution adding them to the top card only?

Am i even useing the lower graphic card then?

If i don't use the lower graphic card. What is most useful?

To use 2 graphic cards or just use the single one?

If you are enabling SLI then both cards will be used even with both monitors plugged into the same card. I am currently running a triple gtx 580 setup and 2 monitors(ATM i usually have 3 in surround) and when gaming all 3 cards are being utilized.

do you understand how the concept of SLI works?
your using both cards but only the top card needs to be used as display in (two-way) SLI.
the second card is merely a booster for the top card and the VRAM doesn't add up anyways.

so yes, install both monitors on to top card.
that's how it goes as per nVidia......

Are you talking about the tab "3D-Settings" that we currently are in. Or are you talking about another tab?
I can't seem to find it when i translate it into danish though.
