I think I have everything figured out except on whether or not I should go SLI or single card. Here's my list:
Processor - Intel 2500k - $220
CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus - $28
Mobo - ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard - $125
Memory - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) - $50
Graphics Card - EVGA GTX570 or 2x EVGA GTX560s - $320-340
Primary Drive - Crucial M4 128gb SSD - $180
Secondary Drive - Samsung F3 Spinpoint 1tb - $60
Power Supply - Antec High Current Gamer Series HCG-750 750W - $100
Case - Cooler Master HAF 922 - $100
BD Drive - ASUS Black 12x BD-ROM - $70
OS - Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit - $100
Total: Approx $1350

I would love input on the entire build, but I'm most concerned about my two choices of GPUs. On paper, all the benchmarks for the 560 SLI setup is far superior to the single 570 (or even a single 580) and would only cost about $20 more. Only thing I'm worried about is the microstutter I keep reading about. Some people say its bad enough to stay away from XF and SLI, others say it's really not that bad and most "stuttering" issues come from some other issue that's misinterpreted as microstutter. For those that have had experience with SLI setups, what are your thoughts?
Thanks for all the advice in advance!!
