Hey, I was wondering which method should be better in nvidia sli:

SLI Performance Mode: Nvidia Recommanded, Split Frame Rendering, or Alternate Frame Rendering?

Alternate Frame Rendering there two of them Alternate Frame Rendering 1 and Alternate Frame Rendering 2 which one to choose.

Hmmm....based on a little reading I just did, I'd choose "Alternate Frame Rendering 1". It would seem that "Alternate Frame Rendering 2" can be faster in certain games, but isn't as universally compatible, so t might not work with some of your other games.

Do it on a per game basis, check your FPS in the same part of a level for all the types and choose the best performing one, or just use the "NVIDIA RECOMMENDED" button. When I had SLI'd 8800GT's I didn't have any problems with the recommended settings.

I like ATI but currently the nvidia sli was a cheaper way for bang for the buck, my next card hopefully will be an ATI. At first I thought Split Frame Rendering would be a better choice, but I guess most people are saying go with AFR. Thanks for the help guys I'll try the AFR 1 and see how well does that one perform.

Edit: I guess AFR 1 is the best choice :), because using that setting I am getting 50-60fps on everything very high @ 1600x1200 with no aa.
